Express Dispatch: First Class Recorded Signed For Service £3.95
If you require a speedy delivery, we can offer an Express First Class dispatch no matter how heavy your order is. We will have our racing helmets on to dispatch stocked items the same workind day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays before 3pm) using a Courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
Orders received outside of these hours will be sitting at the ‘start line’ to be dispatched before all other orders the next working day.
Then it’s over to Royal Mail for a fast First Class delivery to the finish line, so you can enjoy your order faster!
Christmas Returns
Did Father Christmas get it wrong? Refunds will be issued up until 31 January 2013 on unwanted purchases made during December 2012. Goods must be in an unused (without any marks (ie de-odorant, food, grease, perfume, make-up etc), and in resalable condition with the attached original labels and in its original unused undamaged packaging.
Wetsuit & Trisuit purchase
Each wetsuit and trisuit will be checked and photographed for damage, prior to packing and are therefore in perfect condition when they leave storage. We use a courier service for all wetsuit dispatches and will require a signature on delivery. We are happy to dispatch to your work address if this is more convenient. However, once the parcel has been signed for at your place of work it will become your responsibility.

Multi-Sports Store team members participate in triathlons too. We are happy to swim with soggy packaging, cycle with cardboard stuffed into our Lycra and Run juggling boxes to the recycling depot. If do not mind having your order delivered in a pre-loved recycled box you would be helping the planet and saving our technique too!

Stock Levels
Multi-Sports Store updates stock lists daily. In the unlikely event stock is listed ‘In Stock’ and is ‘Out of Stock’ - we will contact you within 24 hours. You may wait until the item becomes available or request a refund.
Your Rights
The Team at Multi-Sports Store complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns) up to 7 days from receipt. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your item, provided they are in resalable condition with the attached original labels and in its original unused state (without any marks (ie de-odorant, food, grease, perfume, make-up etc), undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part, we will happily send you out a replacement item free of charge and refund the carriage costs to you.
If you require a refund, valid returns are processed within 14 days of receipt.
Returns Procedure
1. Customers should obtain a proof of postage when retuning goods to us. For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded service, as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returned items.
2. Please email returns@multi-sports-store.co.uk explaining the reason for the return.
3. If you wish to exchange an item, please include a copy of the receipt and let us know the description, size and colour of the replacement item you require and we will dispatch your new order FREE OF CHARGE as soon as possible.
